1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Valor Studio platform (“Valor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Valor provides tools that allow users to:

• Authenticate using Roblox accounts via OAuth
• Generate game assets and experiences using AI
• Export and publish content to Roblox Studio

By using Valor, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old; or
• Have permission from a parent or legal guardian

If you are under 18, you confirm that:

• Your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms; and
• They consent to any paid subscriptions or purchases you make

If you are under 13, you may only use the Service in compliance with the safety systems and policies of Roblox and applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel subscriptions where we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.

3. Relationship with Roblox

Valor is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox.

By using Valor:

• You agree to comply with all Roblox Terms, policies, and community standards
• You understand that all content published to Roblox is subject to Roblox moderation and enforcement
• Your use of Roblox services remains governed by Roblox’s own agreements

If your Roblox account is restricted or terminated, your access to Valor features may be limited.

4. Account and Authentication

4.1 Roblox OAuth Login

You must authenticate using Roblox OAuth.

You agree:

• To provide accurate account access
• Not to impersonate another user
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts

We do not have access to your Roblox password.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity conducted through your account
• Maintaining the security of your account

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Use of the Service

You may use Valor to:

• Generate game assets and experiences
• Create and manage projects
• Export content to Roblox Studio

You agree not to:

• Violate Roblox policies or applicable laws
• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with system integrity or security

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Content you create using Valor
• Game assets, scripts, and projects

Subject to:

• Roblox’s platform rules upon publishing
• Any third-party rights

6.2 License to Valor

You grant Valor a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Host, process, and display your content
• Operate and improve the service

This license ends when you delete your content, except where retention is required for legal or operational reasons.

6.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Content you generate
• Ensuring compliance with Roblox rules and applicable law

7. AI-Generated Content

Valor uses AI systems to generate assets and code.

You acknowledge:

• Outputs may be imperfect or unpredictable
• You must review and validate generated content before use
• AI outputs may be similar to content generated for other users

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Originality
• Fitness for a specific purpose

8. Publishing to Roblox

When exporting to Roblox Studio:

• You are responsible for publishing and moderation
• Roblox retains full control over distribution and enforcement
• Content may be removed, restricted, or moderated by Roblox

Valor is not responsible for Roblox enforcement actions.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Valor to:

• Create content that violates Roblox Community Standards
• Generate exploitative or harmful experiences
• Bypass Roblox safety systems
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

10. Fees (If Applicable)

Certain features may be paid.

If applicable:

• Fees will be clearly disclosed
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate Roblox policies
• Engage in harmful or abusive conduct

You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Valor shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to:

• The amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any)

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valor from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms or Roblox policies

15. Children’s Use

If you are under 13:

• Use must comply with Roblox’s systems and parental controls
• A parent or guardian must review and consent where required

Parents may contact us regarding their child’s data.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms.

We will notify users of material changes via:

• Website notice
• Platform notification

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
